School of The Rock

About

Actually we have very little to say besides what’s on the home page at the moment, but our web page generator created this page for us.

Basically, I started this site to store materials and resources for worship teams and young adult Bible Study groups I was working with, or planning to work with.  But a reorganization at church pulled the plug on several of the things I was planning, so some of the planned content was never uploaded.

But other parts - such as articles on Contemporary Christian Music and vintage saxophones - have drawn a lot of attention, so the site has grown in unexpected directions.

At the same time, I wound up putting some of the music theory articles and music lessons and tabs for this site on a sister site - CreekDontRise.com that centers on folk, traditional, and Americana music.

We have also added a newsletter that addresses topics in both sites - the MommaDontLow newsletter.  If you wish to learn more about that, please click here.
